Shipping policy

If you make a purchase on our website, the delivery process is as follows, unless otherwise specified for your order.

Upon payment of the order price, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your order at the email address provided by you.

Your orders are dispatched to the cargo within 10-12 working days depending on production timeline.

When your order is shipped, an e-mail containing the cargo tracking number will be sent to you.

Delivery for domestic orders is usually 5-7 working days, overseas orders 8-10 working days.

Please note that any customs duties, customs clearance fees, and similar charges that may arise for overseas orders are not our responsibility.
